Survivor Let your corporate folks experience "Survivor" for themselves! Based on the hit T.V. series, "Survivor" is a problem solving/teamwork building, creative exercise that is both educational and entertaining. The "tribes" compete in a series of "field" exercises" for points and/or immunity during the final "evaluation phase." Who will be the ultimate Survivor? The exercise is customized to your company's specific needs so as to enhance relationships and improve communication within each individual "tribe." The Survivor Challenge What it is: A series of creative exercises designed to promote problem solving and teamwork building while enhancing relationships and improving communication within each individual "tribe." How it's Played: The group will be divided into eleven "tribes" whose goal it will be to complete tasks at eleven field exercise stations, each manned by a "ranger." These exercises will require that the participants develop solutions as a team and work together to achieve the best collective solutions. Once the exercises are completed, the tribes will gather together to have their exercises evaluated by the other tribes. After each team evluation, one of the tribes will be voted out. After every two evaluations or so, an immunity challenge will be presented in the form of a question, giving whichever tribe that answers it correctly, immunity from the next evaluation. The last tribe wins. Prizes can be awarded and the game can be modified to be done indoors.
